The Anton Bauer 8075-0266 V-Mount Battery Bracket is a professional-grade power solution designed for Blackmagic Design URSA, URSA Mini, and URSA Mini Pro cameras. This bracket allows you to power your camera directly from a V-mount battery, offering reliable and continuous power for extended shooting sessions. The bracket features a 12-pin Molex connector for powering the camera, ensuring secure and efficient power delivery while maintaining a clean and organized camera rig. This compact and durable bracket is ideal for both studio and on-location shoots, providing a reliable power source for your camera and essential accessories.
In addition to powering the camera, the 8075-0266 features three P-Tap accessory ports, which deliver 12 to 16V of power for running external accessories such as lights, monitors, or wireless transmitters. These P-Tap ports provide the flexibility to power multiple devices simultaneously from the same V-mount battery, reducing the need for additional power sources and minimizing cable clutter. To ensure safety, the bracket is equipped with overdraw protection. If the P-Tap ports draw too much amperage, the bracket will shut off the accessory power while keeping the camera powered. This safeguard ensures that your camera remains operational even if the accessories are deactivated due to excessive power draw.
The overdraw protection also includes an indicator and reset button. If the current draw exceeds the limit, the accessory power will be automatically disabled. To reset the P-Tap ports, simply remove any accessories to reduce the current draw and press the reset button to restore power to the accessories. The bracket is easy to mount to your camera using the V-mount front connection and V-lock rear mount, providing secure and stable battery attachment. With its lightweight aluminum construction, the 8075-0266 weighs just 0.41 lbs and measures 5.8 x 3 x 0.8 inches, making it an efficient and reliable power solution without adding unnecessary bulk to your rig.
