The Ayrton Diablo TC is a cutting-edge 300W LED moving head profile luminaire that combines compact design with exceptional performance. Part of the MISTRAL format family, the Diablo TC sets a new standard for versatility, efficiency, and visual impact. Weighing just 22 kg, it offers a powerful output of up to 14,000 lumens, making it ideal for high-demand stage and studio applications. With its compact size and innovative features, the Diablo TC is perfect for those seeking a high-performance luminaire in a small, lightweight package.
The Diablo TC is powered by a 7000 K monochromatic LED light source, offering incredible brightness and colour accuracy. The light engine produces a neutral white light with a CRI of over 90, ensuring exceptional colour reproduction across the entire spectrum. With a rated life of up to 40,000 hours, this long-lasting LED source provides reliable, consistent performance in a variety of environments. The fixture's proprietary optical system features a 13-element, 7.5:1 zoom high-resolution lens, offering a zoom range of 7° to 53° to deliver both tight, focused beams and wide washes. The 119 mm frontal lens ensures a highly uniform and flat beam, providing perfect image rendering in all settings and beam angles.
The Diablo TC's framing system is one of its standout features. It incorporates four individually positionable shutter blades that allow for precise framing of the projected beam. The framing system module can rotate up to +/- 45°, providing full control over the shape and position of the light, regardless of the luminaire's orientation. This flexibility makes the Diablo TC an excellent choice for any application that requires accurate image positioning and framing. In addition, the fixture includes a fast 15-blade iris diaphragm, which allows for dynamic beam shaping, and two frost filters (light and heavy) to adjust the beam's diffusion.
For colour mixing, the Diablo TC utilizes a sophisticated CMY colour mixing system, combined with a progressive CTO filter for colour temperature adjustment. A seven-position complementary colour wheel provides an additional range of vibrant colours, allowing users to create an infinite palette of hues, from soft pastels to rich, saturated tones. The fixture's advanced colour mixing system ensures smooth transitions and accurate colour rendering at all times. Additionally, the Diablo TC features a 5-facet circular rotating prism and a rotating gobo wheel with seven high-precision glass gobos, providing even more options for creative effects.
Movement is another area where the Diablo TC excels. With 8-bit and 16-bit resolution operation, the fixture provides highly accurate and smooth positioning, ensuring seamless transitions and precise control. The moving head offers infinite pan rotation and 263° of tilt, allowing for fluid and dynamic movement during performances. Automatic repositioning ensures that the fixture retains its desired position even during fast movements, making it ideal for high-speed changes in lighting design.
The Diablo TC also features an advanced liquid cooling system, which provides efficient heat dissipation while keeping the fixture running quietly. The self-adjusting variable speed fans automatically regulate the cooling process, and a selectable Silent Mode ensures that the fixture operates quietly in noise-sensitive environments. The fixture is built with an IP20 protection rating, making it suitable for indoor use and ensuring reliable performance in dry environments.
Designed with portability and ease of use in mind, the Diablo TC includes two side handles for easy transportation. The fixture's robust construction, made from aluminum and steel metal plates, ensures durability, while the die-cast aluminum base and fire-retardant ABS PC covers provide added protection. The Diablo TC also offers a variety of control options, including DMX 512, DMX-RDM, ArtNet, and sACN protocols, making it compatible with most lighting control systems. It supports three DMX modes with up to 56 channels, and features a built-in LCD control panel for local addressing and configuration.
