Although the VHA 118SN lacks the DANTE audio networking capability of the VHA 118SND, it still features a robust TCP/IP network interface, compatible with the OCA ALLIANCE AES70 standard. This interface allows the subwoofer to integrate with FBT's INFINITO system management suite for seamless remote control and monitoring. The VHA 118SN also supports 24-bit, 48-96kHz digital audio streaming, ensuring high-quality sound transmission across devices in the system. An OLED display with encoder is included for easy parameter adjustment and monitoring, allowing users to make real-time changes to settings without hassle.

The subwoofer is housed in a durable 18mm birch plywood cabinet with a black polyurea finish, providing a robust yet lightweight design that can withstand the demands of touring and installation environments. The cabinet is reinforced with six aluminum handles for easy handling and transportation, while the front of the speaker is protected by a powder-coated perforated steel grille. The high-brightness blue front LED ensures that the device can be easily identified, even in bright daylight, making it easy to locate during setup and operation.
