This design eliminates high-frequency beaming that is common in many other speakers, extending the coverage of the speaker to the lowest frequencies for more consistent sound reproduction. The high-frequency compression driver of the AWC82 features a patented design with a high-temperature polymer diaphragm and fluid-cooling for high output levels and low distortion.
