The low-frequency sound, meanwhile, projects through specially-designed apertures in the RBI, enabling seamless integration between the two drivers. This innovative design results in a highly consistent sound character across the listening area, with minimal variation. The 120° conical coverage pattern ensures the sound is evenly distributed, allowing for fewer speakers to be used, reducing installation costs without compromising performance.

The Control 47LP's 6.5-inch (165 mm) woofer features a polypropylene cone and pure butyl rubber surround, offering long-term durability and consistent performance. The copper-clad aluminum voice coil, wound on a vented aluminum former, reduces distortion and enhances the sensitivity of the speaker, providing clear and accurate sound reproduction. The coaxially mounted 1-inch (25 mm) soft dome tweeter is equipped with internal damping and ferrofluid cooling, ensuring smooth extended high-frequency response, enhanced power handling, and reduced power compression.
