The Turbosound TQ12 is a powerful 2-way full-range loudspeaker designed for both portable and fixed installation sound reinforcement applications. At the heart of the TQ12 is its 12" neodymium low-frequency driver, which features a low mass voice coil for improved transient response and enhanced clarity. Paired with a 1.4" titanium dome high-frequency compression driver, the TQ12 delivers exceptional sound quality. The compression driver is equipped with a FEA-optimized phase plug and a titanium diaphragm, ensuring precision in high-frequency reproduction. These drivers are mounted onto an advanced Dendritic Plane Wave Transformer (DPWT) waveguide, which ensures smooth and uniform dispersion across the entire frequency range, particularly in challenging acoustic environments.

The TQ12 features a rotatable exponential horn with an 80° horizontal by 30° vertical dispersion pattern, which allows for precise and controlled coverage. The horn's rotatable nature provides flexibility, making it easy to adapt to various installation configurations. Whether used for FOH sound, sidefill, or in-fill applications, the TQ12 guarantees consistent and even sound coverage across a wide area. The TQ12 is rated IP44, offering protection against dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions.
