The Yorkville PS10P is a 1600W powered 10-inch 2-way portable loudspeaker designed for versatility and uncompromising performance in both front-of-house and stage monitor applications. As the most compact speaker in the Parasource series, the PS10P delivers exceptional audio performance with a 10-inch woofer and a 1-inch compression driver. With a peak power output of 1600W (800W program), the PS10P is capable of producing a maximum continuous SPL of 124 dB, making it suitable for small to medium venues and mobile applications. Its powerful amplifier, innovative multiband DSP, and exceptional bass management allow it to fill a room or shake the foundation when paired with a matching subwoofer.
One of the standout features of the PS10P is its robust bass management system, which ensures that low-frequency peaks do not interfere with the critical midrange elements such as vocals and solo instruments. The speaker offers two selectable cabinet voicings: Concert mode, which is optimized for longer throw distances, and Club mode, which enhances low-frequency response for a more powerful bass performance. Additionally, the selectable subwoofer mode disables bass boost and filters signals below 100 Hz, ensuring seamless integration with external subwoofers without the need for an external crossover.
The rear panel of the PS10P features a main Combi-Jack input and parallel Link output for daisy-chaining additional speakers. A 2-channel mixer provides added flexibility, with an XLR microphone input and both 1/4" and 1/8" TRS line inputs. For users who need to link multiple Parasource cabinets, the onboard mixers can be enabled, allowing up to three mic sources and three line sources without the need for an external console. This feature is ideal for small setups or situations where portability and ease of use are essential. The lightweight ABS construction ensures that the PS10P is both rugged and portable, and the cabinet is equipped with a pole mount adapter and reinforced flypoints for easy integration into any stage setup.
