The JBL Professional Control 65P/T-WH is a 150W, 5.25-inch passive full-range pendant loudspeaker designed for applications requiring high-fidelity audio and consistent, wide coverage. Ideal for spaces with open ceilings such as retail locations, restaurants, convention centers, fitness centers, museums, and more, the Control 65P/T-WH combines superb sound reproduction with an attractive, stylish white finish. It features JBL's patent-pending Radiation Boundary Integrator (RBI) technology, which ensures a seamless integration of coverage and high-quality sound. This technology, adapted from the renowned VERTEC Series of line array loudspeakers, utilizes a large 200 mm diameter waveguide and low-frequency projection apertures to provide uniform coverage across the listening area. As a result, the Control 65P/T delivers even sound quality that ensures all listeners hear the same crisp, clear audio regardless of their position in the space.

The Control 65P/T-WH is equipped with a 130 mm (5.25-inch) low-frequency driver and a 20 mm (3/4-inch) textile soft-dome high-frequency driver, both coaxially mounted for superior sound quality and wide coverage. The LF driver's polypropylene-coated cone, combined with a copper voice coil and vented fiberglass resin coil-former, allows for high power handling and enhanced reliability. The HF driver uses a neodymium magnet assembly with ferro-fluid cooling, delivering smooth extended frequency response for accurate, high-fidelity sound. A multi-tap transformer is included, enabling operation on both 70V and 100V distributed systems, with additional flexibility for direct 8-ohm operation. The system's 120-degree coverage angle ensures a wide distribution of sound, while the loudspeaker's stylish design allows it to blend effortlessly into various architectural environments. The included hanging system with galvanized steel cable and adjustable fasteners makes installation quick and secure. Additionally, rubber boots protect the input connectors for outdoor or more demanding environmental conditions, with an optional terminal cover available for harsher environments.
